Great choice of burgers including a make your own. Four different choices of chips. Plus four vegetarian burgers. The staff are very friendly and ask how you like your salad , how you like your bacon and the type of bun you'd like. Very reasonably priced.The boxes are cardboard when you do take aways which mean you can recycle them and the carrier bags are biodegradable. Plenty of room to sit down and has kitchen towel on each table which is useful. I had a BBC burger and it was very flavorful. The bacon pieces were very large and I had plenty of sauce. The meat patties are apparently made from meat from the local butcher and had a lot of flavour compared to the likes of burger king or McDonald's. The chips were salted and had a nice crunch to the outside and soft on the inside. I'm very fussy with chips but I liked these.
This is a regular of ours when we go see my bro. They are amazing burgers, huge portions and the chips are great too. If your looking for a good burger place, look no further this is what you have been looking for!

We visited a few days ago, we have visited many times over the last few years. We have never had a dull meal. Well that’s a lie, we once ordered a dull cheese burgar an chips which was miles better then any McDonalds meal we ever had, Anyways as ever needless to say, our visit was not a bad one again. The food is hot, full of flavour. An just on the money. I’d hate to see somewhere like here up there prices in the time we live in. As it never feels or looks busy on our visits. An if you eat here just once. I think your be stumped like we are. It’s an amazing little burgar bar. Tho a lick of paint wouldn’t hurt
This is one of the best burger place I have been to. Quality food , big portion and cheap price. The guy is really quick, friendly, polite and helpful. The place has a legacy old beauty. All food containers used are biodegradable which is really amazing. Highly recommended
Popped in while staying locally for work. I'm assuming the guy behind the counter is the owner because he was on it. Great customer service. I went for the regular moody blue burger and sweet potato fries. Both of which were freshly cooked and tasty a hell. For 8 it was an absolute steal. I'm guessing the burger is home made because it had that nice, almost crumbly, rough round the edges texture? The salad in it was fresh and crisp. I was offered pickles and was happy to find nice long chunky slices inside it. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will happily return if I'm ever in the area again. Photos don't do it justice.
